Terms and conditions of our shipping policy below:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We provide shipping to P.O. boxes or BFPO/APO/FPO addresses.
You will receive shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
If we are experiencing high demand and expect there to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
9footnightkillers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
9footnightkillers.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Contact details of the carrier can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, let us know within 14 days of receiving it.
You can contact 9FNK HQ here and let us know if you want an exchange or refund and include your shipment number and proof of purchase.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as they were received.
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of it reaching us. You'll be updated by email to let you know when it's going through. We can only cover the cost of returns for items that are faulty or were sent in error by us.
